It’s All Over Orwell – Workshop Presentation

There may be no other 20th century author whose name is more globally recognized than George Orwell. His novels 1984 and Animal Farm are undisputed literary milestones. But Orwell’s interests were not just confined to fascism and Big Brother. He was also a tireless chronicler of the wealth gap. I came together with Tim Carlson, my long time cohort, to explore and collaborate in this new investigation.

Pi Theatre and Theatre Conspiracy, along with the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts and Flophouse Jr., teamed up to investigate Orwell’s provocative novels, essays, and articles which have found new relevancy in recent years.
